TRANSLATION SERVICE
NOTARY, APOSTILLE AND CONSULATE APPROVAL
Notarized translation; includes the process of translation of official documents by a sworn translator and approval by the notary, where the sworn translator belongs. Belkadil, provides services of notarized translation in all official languages.
Notary Approval
During the notarization of the translated documents it requires the presence of the sworn translator and an original sample of the document. The document is certified after consideration by the notary.

Apostille and Consulate Approval
In accordance with the Hague Agreement dated October 5, 1961, the official documents between the countries participating in the agreement requires confirmation in the form of an apostille. Thus, the documents which go from Turkey to countries participant of the Hague Convention need Apostille. Governing bodies making out Apostille in Turkey; in cities governorships, n provinces regional authorities, for lawsuits criminal courts and in places where there are no criminal courts Presidency of Council of Justice or the Commission of Justice.
